Thank you all so much for the birthday wishes. I'm sorry I don't have any pictures to share, but it was a wonderful day.

After work, Michael, Kristin and I got 60-minute massages at Mama Spa. They did a great job and are fairly inexpensive. I'd highly recommend them. Then we indulged in Neapolitan-style pizza at Forcella on Bowery. It was delicious. One of the pizzas we ordered, the Montanara, was a Margherita pizza on fried dough. The crust tasted like a scone. For dessert we had fried pizza dough sticks with Nutella and powdered sugar. I think you could put Nutella and powdered sugar on pretty much anything and it'd be delicious. We finished the night off at the movie theater with Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close, which I actually enjoyed even though I cried like a baby. Overall, a relaxing and indulgent birthday!
