This past Saturday, we took a short train ride up to Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow. It was really gorgeous and very festive. I love Halloween decorations and they definitely had them in abundance. Upon getting off at Tarrytown, we walked up to North Broadway to follow Ichabod Crane's trail from The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. We walked by Patriot's Park and past Philipsburg Manor to Sleepy Hollow Cemetery. I love cemeteries and seeing the unique headstones and thinking about the people's lives who are buried there. Then we walked down to grab dinner at The Horseman and topped it off with some hand made ice cream. Overall, it was a really fun day.
